The newly constructed modern standards Mukhran Vakhtangadze Batumi Sports Palace was put into operation in 2022, which is in full compliance with the status of Batumi as a European city of Sport. The palace has several sports arenas, which with the existing material and technical base, for the first time in the sports practice of the region, provides the opportunity to gather different types of sports under one roof at the same time and achieve better results through qualified coaches and athletes. There are 27 types of sports operating in the Sports Palace. The building consists of 3 blocks, where the training halls are located. It has a universal pillar-free arena with a capacity of 3500 spectators, covering an area of 4613 sq.m.. and 9 other different sports types of halls.
