The multifunctional Batumi Stadium Adjarabet Arena meets worldwide criteria for Sports Arenas and the system set is strictly regulated by UEFA (FIFA) regulations, with the highest UEFA Category IV classification. The Stadium’s design harmoniously blends in with Batumi City’s modern infrastructure, history, and culture. It is composed of a series of panels arranged in overlapping scales, that are illuminated and inspired by the traditional Georgian dance “Khorumi”. It complies with the highest standards for the use of modern technologies, and all the equipment and devices in the building are powered by electricity, therefore there are no hazardous emissions that could affect the environment. The Stadium was awarded as “Best Public Infrastructure 2023” by the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award.
